If you’re receiving this, you’re probably a “deep diver” in your life 🙂
I’m about to get really deep with you for a second.
(…Only because I love and care for you 😉).
When people on their deathbeds are asked what they regret most as they reflect upon their life, they say a handful of things.
“I wish I didn’t care so much what people thought.”
“I wish I had gone for my dreams.”
“I wish I had traveled more.”
— But the number one answer these beautiful souls give?
“I wish I had loved more.”
You see, at our very core is a love so authentic, so divine, that, through it, we have the power of limitless abundance at our very fingertips.
Children have this kind of love. They feel it for others, and they feel it for themselves.
…But over time — through cultural conditioning and gender norms and societal expectations — we lose our connection to it.
Our light dims. And we begin to be critical of ourselves and, eventually, those around us.
That said, I invite you to consider this idea:
That the 🔑 to all healing, to all healthy relationships, to the completion of our life goals and aspirations, is to rediscover that bounty of self-love.
🎙In Ep. 39 of “Permission to Thrive” — “The Heart of All Love”— we dive into some pretty profound (and healing) ideas:
🌀 Understanding how self-love lays the path to all other types of love and happiness in our lives.
🌀 The art of becoming a refuge and safe haven for ourselves.
🌀 Discovering practical tips for incorporating a self-love practice in your daily life.
Let’s embark on this journey of self-discovery and empowerment together!
