Almost to the person, every client, family member and friend I know is experiencing waves … waves of anxiety and waves of calm. This is completely normal and why it’s so important to stay connected with like minded / hearted individuals during this time!
Whatever you are experiencing, you are not alone.
I created this SELF ACCEPTANCE MEDITATION for you this week.
You can come back to it often.
I can’t encourage you enough to take a moment, place your hand over your heart and say this out loud to yourself – or something similar that speaks to your heart.
